| DESCRIPTION (english): | Here is the newest kit from Velocity Aircraft. The U.S. manufacturer modified the fuselage - now with classic vertical stabilizer - and added a second engine to the proven single engine airframe of the Velocity XL, transforming it to a twin. In order to achieve great efficiency the IO-320/160-hp engines are equipped with an electronic ignition system, cold air induction and balanced fuel injectors, allowing an economy cruise LOP fuel burn of just 6 gallons per hour per engine. The base kit price includes: fixed landing gear, center control stick, 2 gull-wing doors, inter-connected rudder pedals and toe brakes for the pilot and copilot. Engines: Lycoming IO-320/360 |

Le constructeur américain a modifié le fuselage (maintenant doté d'un stabilisateur vertical), a ajouté un moteur supplémentaire au modèle monomoteur éprouvé, Velocity XL. Pour optimiser la recette, les moteurs IO 320 sont équipés d'un allumage électronique, d'un refroidissement amélioré et d'injecteurs préparés, ce qui permet une croisière économique au fuel LOP de seulement 6 gallons à l'heure par moteur. Le kit de base inclut le train fixe, manche central, portes en ailes de mouette et doubles commandes des palonniers (frein et dérive). Le Continental peut aussi être un IO-360. |
